Shipping + Returns
Shipping
All orders are sent from the UK with Royal Mail and will require a signature on delivery. We aim to dispatch within 1-2 days of receiving an order. We will email you confirmation along with tracking details as soon as your item(s) are dispatched.
Delivery information is as follows:
UK:
Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class (1-2 working days): £3
Royal Mail Special Delivery (next working day): £5
EUROPE:
Royal Mail International Signed (3-5 working days): £10
REST OF WORLD:
Royal Mail International Signed (5-7 working days): £15
Please note that this charge includes delivery only therefore customers will be responsible for any import duties and local taxes.
At peak times (i.e. Christmas and other special dates) please allow a little longer for your order to arrive.
Returns
If you are not happy with your order please return it within 14 days of receipt along with your invoice as proof of purchase. To complete your return, please email Alice at info@alicefultonpozzi.com with your proof of purchase, and she will give you the address to send it to. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
Items will be refunded provided they are returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The safe return of items and the cost of returning items is your responsibility, therefore you should consider using a trackable shipping service. Alice Fulton Pozzi Limited is not responsible for any shipments lost in transit and cannot guarantee that Alice will receive your returned item(s).
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched then you must email Alice at info@alicefultonpozzi.com immediately.
Refunds
Once your return is received, Alice will send you an email to notify that she has received your returned item. If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
If you are expecting a refund and have not received one yet, check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company because it can take time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund then please contact Alice at info@alicefultonpozzi.com.
